These camera critters are awesome for taking pictures of little ones, you just slip them over a camera lens. They have a squeaker on the left side (when you are taking the picture so as to not interfere with the picture taking button). We love these and hope that you will too!
E-mail partywithpuppets@hotmail.com to order a puppet, or other project. These puppets are made form all new materials. The puppets arm rods are easily removable for younger puppeteers. Great for talent shows, reading, story time, playtime, or as a teaching aid. Best of all they can be a great tool for the imagination.

Camera Critters and Pin Cushions

These camera critters are for taking pics of little ones. You just slip them over a camera lens and then squeak the squeaker(soon to be added as soon as I order them). So far I have only made a few, but have started elephants, cats, frogs, and so much more! This flower is now a pin cushion with a thread catcher attached to it with Velcro. I added the Velcro so that it is easily removable when you want to empty your trash you don't have to drag your pins across the house to do it. Or if you decide that you only want the pin cushion you aren't left with a bag attached.I had fun figuring out a pattern for this flower. Not surprisingly as hard as I had imagined!

Maybe an etsy shop?
I recently bought a Brother PC420 sewing machine. It has lots of fun stitches, but MANY of them are just girly. And because I live in a house ruled by boys I need a few manly stitches. This machine lets you make your own stitches and save them on the machine, but it is a bit of hard work getting it all done. And I haven't been able to find ANYWHERE online where people have posted their stitches they have made. So I have had to be creative and make my own. I think I might sell the stitches, puppets, and other things I make on etsy. I am just frankly afraid that I will get caught up in etsy and ignore my family. So I am trying to get ahead and make a few things and have them on stock so that I can see about how much I would actually need to do to have a nice balance between etsy and life.
I know that they are small, but you can't make larger custom images.
Trees
Clover
Helicopter
Truck
SOOO... Here are an example of a few of the stitches I have made. Let me know what you think!I know that they are small, but you can't make larger custom images.
A couple months of things
I know it's been forever since I posted last. So here goes. I will just put up a few of the projects I have done this week.
First to do is a dino hat I made for Joe last night. I know it looks kinda funny, but there is only so much you can expect without a pattern on a first try. Besides Joe loves it!
Here is a hippo I made the other night. It still needs its face, and a tail, but I haven't got the look I like yet. So she will just have to wait until inspiration hits.
I have also made curtains, nursing covers, and tried my hand at making little kids shoes (I will need a pattern).
